Join Premier Technical Services Group (PTSG), the UK’s market leader in specialist services to the construction and facilities management sectors. Our Electrical Services division is expanding, and we’re looking for a talented Business Development Manager to help us grow our national client base.
What you’ll do:
- Generate new business opportunities via networking, cold calling, and targeted lead generation
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Manage and expand revenue from existing client accounts
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of quotations, tenders, and proposals
- Deliver engaging, professional presentations to prospective and current clients
- Accurately forecast sales and submit timely weekly/monthly reports
- Keep up to date with the electrical compliance and facilities management market
- Minimum three years’ success in a similar business development or sales role
- Proven ability to close deals and consistently meet targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised, motivated, and able to work independently
- Experience selling services into facilities, estates, maintenance, or procurement managers (desirable)
- Strong understanding of solution-based selling
- Confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Full, clean UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
