David Kennedy Recruitment is working with an award-winning global learning technologies company helping customers in over 40 countries find a Business Development Manager for their DACH market.

Position: Business Development Manager (DACH)

Location: Remote/Work from home in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland

Employment type: Full-time

Salary: Base

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive business growth and development with products and services in the DACH region
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and capture new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Execute sales targets and revenue goals

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field (B2B) with SaaS applications in the DACH region
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis
  • Experience with Moodle and Totara will be considered an advantage
  • Bachelors degree in business, or related field
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Strong understanding of industry and market trends
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Skilled in managing multiple deals independently with strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing sales strategies and plans
  • Willingness to occasionally ravel to Belfast Hub
