As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building relationships, increasing and managing sales strategies. You will play a crucial role in expanding a company's market reach and increasing revenue.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Create and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals
Research industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to support business growth
Track and report on KPIs, sales targets, and business performance
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and services
Identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience Within Renewable Products Sales Is Essential
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
Strong understanding of sales principles, marketing strategies, and industry trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to confidently present and demonstrate products
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
Proficiency in CRM software and Excel
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
Flexibility to travel, if required for client meetings or industry events
