Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Manage your own sales pipeline and take ownership of revenue targets.
- Generate and follow up leads, delivering compelling bids and proposals.
- Build relationships with facilities managers, agents, and end users.
- Negotiate and close deals at both operational and board level.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare asset schedules in partnership with our Estimating Team.
- Prepare and present proposals and tender submissions.
- Proven track record in sales/business development, ideally in maintenance, M&E, or facilities services.
- Commercially astute with strong technical awareness.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
