Manhattan Associates is seeking an experienced, strategic-minded and results-driven Business Development Manager to help accelerate our growth in Northern Europe. You will partner closely with marketing, sales, and account management to unlock high-value opportunities within key enterprise accounts. Your mission: build and influence pipeline through a mix of strategic outreach, market intelligence, and insight-led engagement.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Pipeline Generation
- Identify and engage senior decision-makers within targeted Tier 1 enterprise accounts across Northern Europe (primarily UK & Ireland, Nordics, and Denmark).
- Conduct high-quality discovery, qualify inbound leads, and convert interest into Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs).
- Build strong, consultative relationships and uncover key business challenges that align to Manhattan’s supply chain and commerce solutions.
- Leverage account-based selling strategies and creative engagement tactics to gain mindshare with senior buyers.
- Work closely with regional sales and marketing to co-develop account strategies and execute ABM programs.
- Partner with account managers to expand existing customer relationships and uncover cross-sell opportunities.
- Support trade show and regional event strategies, from pre-event outreach to post-event conversion.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting within Salesforce.com.
- Use MarTech tools such as SalesLoft, Demandbase, Cognism, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to prioritise, personalise, and scale your efforts.
- Share market insights, messaging feedback, and campaign performance metrics to continuously improve go-to-market strategies.
What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience in business development, inside sales, or demand generation within a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
- Proven success engaging and influencing senior-level stakeholders (Director/C-Level) in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); confident, compelling communicator across channels.
- Deep familiarity with outbound prospecting tools, techniques, and CRM systems (Salesforce.com).
- Strategic mindset with the agility to execute across multiple geographies and verticals.
- Experience in supply chain, retail, or commerce technology solutions. Manhattan’s portfolio includes warehousing, transportation, order management, point-of-sale and planning solutions.
- Background in account-based marketing (ABM) or demand generation strategy.
- Be part of a market leader recognised by analyst firms including Gartner and Forrester for over a decade.
