The Role

As the new Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the Partnership team, tasked with building and nurturing lasting relationships with both Channel and Technology partners globally. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the growth and success of Loadbalancer.org's partner network, overseeing key accounts and driving the development of our Channel Program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and managing Loadbalancer.org’s global partner network.
  • Partner recruitment and networking to expand our partnerships.
  • Leading partner onboarding processes and strategic planning.
  • Conducting sales enablement training to ensure partners are well-equipped for success.
  • Working closely with Distributors and Resellers to develop a world-class Channel Program.
  • Regularly communicating with partners to ensure alignment and resource availability.
  • Report to the Head of Strategy and share insights with the senior management team.

You will have the opportunity to represent Loadbalancer.org both onsite in Portsmouth and at international events, such as training days, meetings, and trade shows. With partners ranging from smaller regional resellers to global corporations like HPE, your role will help shape the future of our partner ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience (preferably within the IT industry).
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approximately once per month).
  • Experience in channel account management is preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global team.
