We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Business Change Manager to lead change across our Strategic Innovation Portfolio, with a primary focus on our £50m Digital Twin programme. This ambitious initiative aims to deliver 33 end-to-end Waste Water Treatment Digital Twins to help reduce carbon emissions and optimise operations.

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Business Change Manager to lead change across our Strategic Innovation Portfolio, with a primary focus on our £50m Digital Twin programme. What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead stakeholder engagement and communication strategies
- Drive adoption of Digital Twin technology and embed a culture of change
- Support technical teams with process and change management
- Facilitate workshops, co-design sessions, and training
- Monitor change effectiveness and manage risks
- Support other strategic innovation projects as needed
WHAT WE'ER LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in delivering change for complex digital/data projects
- Skilled in translating complex concepts for a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Proactive mind set with the ability to solve problems
- Background in water/wastewater operations is desirable
- Experience with agile methodologies and continuous improvement
- Excellent planning, communication, and analytical skills
- Full UK driving licence

- Salary range of £40,000 - £50,000
- 28 days holiday + bank holidays (and the ability to buy/ sell up to 5 days per year)
