Binnies an RSK Group Company is looking for a Business Analyst to join us as part of our @one Alliance.

What will you be doing as our new Business Analyst?

As a Business Analyst within our Digital Team, you will work closely with stakeholders, bridge communication gaps, and deliver high-quality solutions. You'll ensure our projects are aligned with business needs, drive process improvements, and contribute to the success of the DD&I (Digital, Data & Innovation) team.

You’ll play a vital role in driving change and innovation within the @One alliance, collaborating with an expert team of digital professionals and contribute to projects that make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to clarify functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring that business needs are accurately captured and translated into technical specifications.
• Identify and implement improvements in current working practices and processes, fostering greater efficiency and effectiveness across the team.
• Support the tracking of project scope, coordinate interdependencies, and manage small projects or workstreams.
• Analyse business data and contribute to enterprise architecture development, ensuring continuous growth and improvement of the business’ digital capabilities.
  
  

A little bit about your skills, experience and behaviours….

• Proven experience in requirements capture and definition, process mapping, and IT project environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills alongside excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, PRINCE2, ITIL, and project management tools like Jira, MS Project, or DevOps is highly desirable.
• Ability to work across multiple teams, managing stakeholders and contributing to successful project outcomes.
