We’re partnered with a leading Insurance Broker seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their growing change team. This role will see you working across both business transformation and IT projects, helping to deliver critical initiatives that modernise systems, enhance efficiency, and drive growth across the organisation.

What you’ll do

• Lead business analysis across a variety of IT and business change programmes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of process and systems improvements.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and operations teams to ensure effective delivery.
• Support testing, training, and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption.

What we’re looking for

• Proven Business Analyst experience in both business change and IT delivery.
• Strong background in London Market or Specialty Insurance – this experience is essential.
• Experience working on Policy Administration System projects (highly desirable).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Structured, analytical thinker with strong documentation and process mapping expertise.
