As a Business Analyst on this programme, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-visibility, high-impact project where your contributions will make a tangible difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and external partners to gather requirements and understand business needs. Translate complex business problems into clear, actionable insights.
  • Requirements Analysis & Documentation: Lead the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, from elicitation to documentation, ensuring business objectives and technical solutions are fully aligned. Produce high-quality documentation including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimisation and efficiencies across the business. Map current processes and design future-state solutions that align with the strategic goals of the programme.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, Operations, HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure cohesive and aligned delivery of programme objectives

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: Significant business analysis experience, ideally within a complex or transformational programme setting. Prior experience in digital transformation, process re-engineering, or enterprise-wide system implementation is highly desirable.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex problems, identify patterns, and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Excellent Communicator: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from C-suite executives to operational teams.
  • Problem-Solver: A solutions-focused mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfort working alongside technical teams, with a strong understanding of how technology can drive business improvements. Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software is an advantage.
  • Adaptability: This is a fast-paced programme - you’ll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and a dynamic environment.
  • Qualifications: A relevant degree or industry certification e.g. BCS International Diploma In Business Analysis

This role can be carried out remotely for the most part, however occasional travel to sites across the UK to attend meetings and build relationships with your team and stakeholders will be required.
