Business Analyst

Are you a Business Analyst with Strong Retail Experience looking for their next Step?

We are looking for a Talent individual to join our Team either based in our Weymouth or London Support Office.

Requirements for the Role:

• Good understanding of Retail processes, with experience of working in retail.
• Good understanding of the buying and supply chain processes and DC operational processes.
• Experience of elaborating and refining business needs, identifying business process and service impacts, supporting decision making and contributing to the solution outcome, which drives the desired business value
• Communicate effectively with Technical teams, Data scientists, Business stakeholders, sponsors and leadership teams.
• Implement and support the business through change management and new ways of working
• Experience of working with jira and confluence. (Desirable)
• Documenting requirements, user stories and business processes in both waterfall and agile development methodologies
