Business Analyst

Apply today to join our Sales Operations team as a Business Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our data, improving processes, and providing customer insight that helps our sales teams succeed.

Your key responsibilities as a Business Analyst will be to:

• Support sales in using Dynamics 365 – importing data, onboarding users, testing new functionality, and creating workflows/dashboards.
• Analyse sales data and provide reporting/insight to sales and the wider business.
• Participate in customer insight meetings, gathering reporting requirements and developing solutions.
• Work with other Analysts across Esri UK to share best practice and ensure consistency.
• Maintain CRM process/training documentation in line with system changes.
• Support the Data Governance Authority Team, including privacy documentation reviews.
• Vet and administer LinkedIn license requests with the Sales and Marketing teams.

This would be a great career move if you:

• Are highly numerate with strong attention to detail.
• Have excellent Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup & formulas essential).
• Have experience with CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Salesforce or similar).
• Have knowledge of PowerBI or other BI tools.
• Can gather, analyse, and clearly present data and insights.
• Are proactive, organised, and flexible with changing business needs.
• Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.

We’re also keen to hear from candidates with:

• Experience working with databases and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of marketing segmentation, lead management, and business intelligence research tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Mint, Artesian).
• An interest in location intelligence and the application of GIS.
