Harrogate Homeless Project provides people experiencing homelessness with a safe place to stay and the support they need to build confidence and move towards independent living.
We are looking for a Business Administrator apprentice to join our team. The role will involve working independently and as part of a team developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services. You will develop key skills and behaviours to support your progression towards management responsibilities.
As an apprentice, you’ll work from our town centre locations and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff, including.
- General office administration (answering calls, managing emails)
- Maintaining databases and updating records
- Assisting with scheduling and meetings
- Supporting financial tasks (invoicing, payments)
- Coordinating internal and external communications
- Contributing to project tracking and process improvements
Training
- Your apprenticeship includes regular training with LUMINATE EDUCATION GROUP. You will be required to attend Printworks Campus, Leeds City College one day per month and receive regular reviews with college tutors
- Qualification: Business Administrator Level 3 (Equivalent to A level)
