Working with a large portfolio of public and private sector clients, our UK based organisation comprises of several divisions including Mechanical & Electrical, Construction, Projects, Reactive, FM, Small Works and other associated trades.

Position:
Responsibilities
- Previous experience in administration and management of document control portals
- Utilising our software's; Asite, 4projects & BIM
- Onboarding new suppliers using our My Compliance software
- Supporting buyers on tenders
- Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and following up when required
- Proactively assisting with the smooth running of the office Preferable skills
- Helping promote a positive health and safety culture throughout.
What you'll bring:
- Previous experience in an administrative position/office environment
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Ability to work towards tight deadlines
- Experience in liaising with customers over the phone
