We are now looking for a Business Administrator to join us at our Haverfordwest site on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As a Business Administrator, you will be responsible for providing robust administrative support at our Haverfordwest site.
Specifically, you’ll support key teams such as Quality, HR, Production, and Engineering, taking part in a wide array of activities and ensuring we are operationally effective.
You’ll maintain document management systems, manage stock, process purchase orders, and ensure all records are up to date. Supporting our HR department, you’ll support the onboarding of new staff, training administration, and site improvement initiatives.
Additionally, you will:
- Support with technical audits and production paperwork
- Distribute correspondence and update training information
- Support the Engineering team with compliance and document management
About You
To be considered as a Business Administrator, you will need:
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
- The ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- At a minimum, GCSEs (A-C / 4-9), or equivalent, in English and Maths
