You will be working alongside our Marketing, Technical Sales & Internal Sales departments, this role will offer a wealth of practical, invaluable knowledge about Sales, Marketing, Administration skills as well as the construction, water, rail industry and more.

On completion of this 12 month apprenticeship you will have gained your Business Administration Apprenticeship L3 Qualification.

Day-Day Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person, providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, handle complaints with professionalism, and escalate complex cases to supervisors or relevant departments when needed.
- Assist customers with placing, modifying, tracking, or cancelling orders, and process payments, refunds, or other transactions accurately.
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring timely, accurate data entry and follow-up on unresolved enquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide support in using products or services, including basic troubleshooting, and coordinate with technical, sales, and marketing teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to relevant departments to support continuous improvement in products and services.
- Stay informed on product updates, company promotions, and policy changes; attend training sessions to maintain performance standards.
- Represent the company in a courteous, empathetic, and professional manner across all communication channels.
- Support marketing initiatives by contributing to social media content and promotional ideas when required.
