Salary: From £20.04 per hour
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to clients in the private, education, and local authority sectors
- Take charge of early-stage design and feasibility work
- Collaborate with clients to develop detailed briefs
- Prepare production information and carry out detailed design work
- Act as a Project Manager
- Administer building contracts and serve as the 'Lead Discipline' on programmed capital projects
- Undertake various aspects of professional surveying work, including surveys, PW work, dilapidations, DDA and FRA assessments
- Conduct inspections to resolve building defects, liaising with contractors and managing the works
- Degree in Building Surveying or related field
- Relevant professional experience in surveying and project management
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using various surveying and design software tools
- Experience working with diverse clients and sectors
- Familiarity with environmentally sustainable construction practises
