Our Marketing Team is growing, and we are seeking a new Brand Marketing Executive to grow our brand presence, drive engaging campaigns, and engage customers across key channels.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based at our modern Petersfield head office.
What will I be doing?
As our Brand Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in delivering our brand and content strategy across all touchpoints within the business. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Product Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Executive, and Graphic Designer, you’ll ensure our brand identity is consistently and effectively represented in both internal and external communications.
If you have a passion for copywriting, content creation, and design, this role is for you.
As a brand ambassador, you’ll be involved in everything from new product launches (like our recent Graphite launch) to equipping the sales team with best-in-class templated branded decks for them to create their next tender. No two days will be the same, and you’ll have the chance to work on a wide variety of exciting projects.
This role is primarily based at our Petersfield head office, with occasional visits to other sites (including our Kites Croft warehouse in Fareham) to capture social content. You’ll also attend events to capture engaging photos and video assets for our owned channels.
Key responsibilities:
1. Brand Identity
- Develop and deliver brand campaigns, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Work closely with the Graphic Designer to maintain a strong, consistent visual and verbal identity.
- Manage printed collateral and branded merchandise to uphold both quality and consistency in our merchandise for sales teams and events.
2. Content Creation & Campaigns
- Create on-brand, user-focused written and visual content for social media, email, and wider campaigns.
- Lead branded content projects, such as case studies and corporate videos, from concept through to completion.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to plan and deliver campaign activity across digital and offline channels.
3. Communications & Enablement
- Create and manage presentations, sales and marketing toolkits, email signatures, and culture content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
4. Creative Production & Asset Management
- Oversee photography and videography projects, ensuring a high standard across all marketing materials.
- Support new asset creation when needed and maintain asset libraries for easy access across the business.
5. Trustpilot & Customer Engagement
- Monitor and respond to Trustpilot reviews, ensuring positive customer engagement and maintaining brand reputation.
6. ESG Marketing
- Support the Head of ESG and Sustainable Procurement to deliver marketing assets related to the business’s ESG strategy.
What do I need?
Required:
- Experience with design software, such as Canva, to create on-brand imagery.
- Experience with MS Office, SharePoint, Outlook, work management software (Monday.com or similar), and the key social media channels.
- A positive and energetic attitude.
- A ‘can do, get stuck in’ approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Clear, concise, and confident communicator with stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
- Strong attention to detail to deliver high-quality results.
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Proven proactive and efficient task management skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks and follow-up on projects and action items.
Nice to have:
- Experience in email marketing (HubSpot or similar) and website management (using a CMS).
- Experience with photography & video content creation – filming on-site with a camera. (Advantageous).

- Website leads
- Brand-related search increases online
- Social media engagement/engagement rate
- Email engagement metrics, including Open Rate and Click Through Rate
- Sales by attributed source (e.g., sales generated from e-shot campaigns)
