As Brand Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing our brand across our entire ecosystem, ensuring alignment across every touchpoint. From governing brand guidelines to collaborating with creative teams and managing intellectual property (IP), you’ll shape, protect, and elevate one of the UK’s most recognisable brands ensuring we continue to thrive in an ever-changing landscape. What You’ll Be Doing
Brand Governance & Management
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels, working closely with internal and external creative teams.
- Maintain, refine, and adapt brand guidelines, developing clear, robust processes to ensure business-wide adherence
- Oversee brand asset creation and management, including testing and insight gathering to protect and grow brand equity.
- Manage the Compare the Market brand within franchisees, including Compare the Market Australia.
- Design and enforce market-leading brand protection processes, working closely with Legal to prevent IP infringement.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies to enhance brand protection.
- Line manage a Senior Brand Executive, fostering their growth and success.

- Experience in a similar role with brand governance experience.
- Diligent with process & strong collaborator
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and inspire.
- Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
- Coaching and mentoring experience with a team-player mindset.
