We’re looking for a second brand designer to join the marketing team, helping us to position PolyAI as the market leader in conversational AI.
Working closely with our Senior Brand Designer, you’ll create assets across a range of channels including web, print and video. Your work will be varied but will likely include designing digital ads and social graphics, creating ebooks and print collateral for events, improving our sales deck, creating graphic elements for our website, making custom videos for clients and designing company swag.
We’re looking for someone who’s happy working in a fast-paced startup environment, can appreciate the balance between speed and quality and is passionate about elevating the brand. This is an opportunity for someone looking to work across multiple design functions where everyday can throw up new possibilities. You don’t need to be a master of every tool, but a hunger to learn, adapt, and grow is key to succeeding in our team

What You’ll Do
- Design sales and marketing collateral (e.g. sales decks, ebooks, web graphics) for both print and digital.
- Collaborate with our marketing and internal teams to deliver the best design solutions for our projects.
- Explore new creative ideas and be an advocate for consistency and craft as we grow the PolyAI brand.
- 2+ years graphic design experience, in-house or agency with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality work.
- Experience in designing for both web and print - knowledge of print preparation would be a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Experience in presentation design.
- Experience in Figma.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Great attention to detail, good spelling and grammar.
- Video/animation skills - experience in After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Experience in B2B SaaS
- Knowledge of web design principles and tools (e.g., WordPress, HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus)
