Are you ready to lead from the front and deliver outstanding service every day? As a Branch Sales Supervisor at Travis Perkins, you'll play a key role in inspiring your team, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth and safe day-to-day running of our branch.
What will you be doing?
No two days are the same in a Travis Perkins branch – and that’s what makes it exciting. Here's what you can expect:
- Lead by example: You will support and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Be the face of the branch: You will provide friendly, knowledgeable service to every customer, many of whom you'll get to know by name.
- Drive sales: From preparing quotes and handling product queries to advising on purchases, you’ll help turn every customer interaction into a great result.
- Maintain safety and stock flow: You will oversee the safe and efficient movement of goods around the branch, keeping both colleagues and customers safe by following all health and safety procedures.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role, so we’re looking for someone who can offer:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader position, ideally in a customer service or retail environment.
- A passion for delivering excellent service and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
