Do You Have Experience In

  • Managing a team in a multi-site, branch-centric business, or within the realm of engineering or hydraulics services?
  • Developing efficient processes where customers are at the heart of everything you do?
  • A passion for hands-on shop-floor work, coupled with a determination to lead by example?

The Branch Manager role involves juggling various responsibilities and wearing many hats. It seamlessly blends technical and logistical problem-solving with the finesse of entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional people skills, and business development.

Reporting to a supportive Regional Manager based in Nottingham, you’ll be entrusted with the freedom and opportunity to bring your vision to life, effectively building and managing your own business.
