We’re looking to recruit a new Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations at Central Car Auctions in Accrington.
We Offer
Full time: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:30am – 6pm and Tuesday, Thursday 8:30am – 5:30pm
About The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring and maintaining staff performance, while keeping track of the day-to-day running of the branch.
We’re looking for someone who has excellent leadership and communication skills. The role will suit a strong team player who is good at problem solving and driven to achieve positive outcomes.

About The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring and maintaining staff performance, while keeping track of the day-to-day running of the branch.

Day-to-day duties
- Dealing with customer requirements on a daily basis to achieve the best outcome
- Checking over all appraisals that have been carried out
- Keeping team’s admin up to date with ongoing tasks
- Making sure all sale cars are correctly prepared
- Keeping track of staff productivity
- Keeping track of cars that arrive and leave site
- Leadership skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills with ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to multi-tusk and prioritise workload
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Full driving licence
- Previous experience in the automotive auction industry
- NAMA grading experience
