 Your Opportunity: We are on the lookout for a passionate and accomplished Branch Manager to lead our Home Care services in our Faversham Head office. In this vital position, you will play a crucial role in the success of our established offices, working closely with a dedicated team of care coordinators, field care supervisors, and care workers, all supported by our head office teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Excellence: Inspire and guide your team to consistently deliver outstanding care services to our clients.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain adherence to all regulations and policies to ensure top-quality care.
  • Staff Development: Oversee comprehensive training programs and foster professional growth within your team.
  • Business Growth: Strategically drive business success and meet growth targets while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

What You Bring:

  • Qualifications: You MUST possess or be working towards a Level 4 NVQ (RMA) or Level 5 QCF qualification in Social Care.
  • CQC Knowledge: A solid understanding of CQC assessment criteria for achieving Good and Outstanding ratings is essential.
  • Experience: Proven experience in managing service provision in the care industry, along with effective people management skills.
