We have an opportunity for a BMS Applications/Systems Engineer to join us at Honeywell, in Cambridge, where you will be responsible for developing Software and Graphics that effectively accomplish client objectives and user needs, discover HLI over Modbus to establish proper communication between equipment and systems and have ability to manage and monitor all installed iBMS systems and infrastructure through the EBI/user interface. This is a site based role, 5 days a week at a customer site in Cambridge.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of infrastructure including installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Review and test software and graphics to ensure they are error and bug free
- Analyse, edit and remodel existing software to improve functionality
- Contribute to new project proposals including design/installation/commissioning and creating and presenting software prototypes
- Writing and maintaining software logic to increase system efficiency and reduce downtime
- Experience in CPO and Care is advantageous
- Experience in working with macros
- Experience working with iBMS and EBI systems
- Experience in writing reports and organising routine maintenance including shutdowns
- Ability to see potential issues and proactively advise solutions
