Our client has an experienced team of property managers and are now looking for a new addition to manage a portfolio across the local area. In this position, you will be offered support from the finance and administration teams which allows you to focus on the customer service element.

Responsibilities
- Managing a local portfolio of freehold estates
- Arranging for major works to be completed
- Charing Annual General Meetings with leaseholders
- Handling insurance claims
- Setting and managing the service charge budgets
- Uphold excellent customer service
- £37,000 salary
- Flexible hybrid working
- Monday – Friday working (9-5:30)
- 30 days annual leave
- TPI Sponsorship
- 2 years’ experience in block management
- Full UK Driving License
- Customer service focused
- Excellent time management and people skills
