Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and verify high-quality composite blade repairs, adhering to specified instructions.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation and reports on repair processes and outcomes.
- Ensure Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) compliance with GE and local regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular blade inspections and collaborate with engineering teams to address issues.
- Organize and oversee repair activities, maintaining strict adherence to established protocols.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage repair teams.
- Travel extensively (up to 90% of the time) to various locations, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.
- Experience in laminate repairs, with a preference for blade repair experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced computer skills.
- Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical diagrams; Rope Access Certification preferred.
- Basic Workplace First Aid knowledge to ensure safety in field operations.
