Key Responsibilities
- Operate and control a variety of pharmaceutical equipment and processes.
- Supporting customer and regulatory audits as and when requested.
- Manufacture drug substances according to ()GMP standards.
- Participate in key safety training sessions.
- Apply and complete GMP documentation - right first time.
- Following procedures for sampling and testing.
- Actively communicate and collaborate with various functional areas to champion strong working relationships.
- Engage in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and resolution to ensure perfect operations.
- Ensure the safety management system is updated accordingly with events.
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably within a GMP environment, is highly desirable..
- An exciting in understand the use of eg. Bioreactors, chromatography columns or general pharmaceutical equipment.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Outstanding communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Ambitious approach with a dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
