We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor, for a school in Stoke-on-Trent, where you'll be playing a crucial role in supporting and guiding pupils with challenging behaviours, fostering an environment to support their academic and personal growth.

Responsibilities

Supporting pupils individually to manage specific behavioural challenges.

Interventions to promote a positive and inclusive environment.

Implement reinforcement techniques to encourage and celebrate improvements in behaviour.

Qualifications / Experience

Previous experience within similar roles.

Strong understanding of behavioural management.

Level 2 TA Qualification Or Relevant Qualifications.
