The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Bars & Restaurant Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations at The Villa. You’ll lead our restaurant and bar teams, ensuring exceptional service and smooth operations across the hotel, including weddings and banqueting events.
From managing staffing rotas and maintaining compliance to driving service standards and operational efficiency, you’ll be at the heart of creating memorable experiences for our guests.

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Bars & Restaurant Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations at The Villa. You’ll lead our restaurant and bar teams, ensuring exceptional service and smooth operations across the hotel, including weddings and banqueting events.
From managing staffing rotas and maintaining compliance to driving service standards and operational efficiency, you’ll be at the heart of creating memorable experiences for our guests.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing day-to-day operations of the hotel’s bars, restaurant, and banqueting facilities.
- Leading, training, and motivating the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding service.
- Planning and managing staffing rotas to meet business needs.
- Maintaining compliance with licensing laws, food hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
- Overseeing stock control, ordering, and cost management.
- Coordinating with kitchen and events teams to ensure seamless service during weddings and functions.
- Monitoring guest satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
- Implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures.
- Assisting with budgeting and financial performance monitoring.
- Identifying opportunities for operational improvements.
