About The Role
Days of Working: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
Shift Pattern: 07:45am - 16:15pm
Role Overview
You will supervise a team in providing exceptional service for all coffee and beverage needs within our workplace café. This includes overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining a welcoming environment. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday.

Main Duties & Responsibilities Of The Role
- Ensure agreed standards of service are maintained in all areas and guests are treated professionally and courteously at all times.
- Supervise and train barista staff to ensure consistent quality and service.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café area.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to guests.
- Prepare and serve hot food items to guests, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Interact with clients and guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Use equipment correctly and report any faults to the Catering Manager.
- Carry out any reasonable request made by a member of management. :
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Previous experience as a barista and in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
- Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and clients.
