About The Role:
Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday
Key responsibilities:
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- To provide and maintain an efficient service to all areas under your control following best practice within the company ethos Preparing a variety of hot and cold drinks, including specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages
- Greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions about the menu, and providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Keeping the bar area clean and organised, ensuring all equipment is sanitised and in good working order
- Monitoring inventory levels, restocking supplies, and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and available
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring that all drinks meet the company’s quality standards and are presented attractively
- Adhering to health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards
- Working closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Previous experience in a similar role is required
- Hold relevant qualifications, have knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety is a must
- Demonstrate high standards and be well organised
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills are essential
- Must have the Right to Work in the UK
- Ability to handle different situations and find practical solutions
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Good time-management and organisational abilities
- While not always mandatory, having a food hygiene certificate (Level 2) is advantageous
