What You’ll Be Doing As Bar Staff
As a member of Bar Staff, our customers are in your hands. You'll work on the bar and will be the face of the pub and be knowledgeable about the products we sell and be able to make recommendations. Most of all you love to look after people, understand what makes them happy and have the desire to make someone’s day.
Your role will be crucial in ensuring the happiness of our customers, and responsibilities will include;
Alfreds is a unique bar and dining experience. People can relax in the outside seating area, or enjoy signature cocktails alongside some cracking food. Alfreds has a casual laid back atmosphere, where customers can enjoy a spot of lunch, maybe a few drinks after work, or meeting friends in the evening.

- Increasing sales through friendly service and conversation, recommending drinks and upselling.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of tables and seating areas meet our high standards for every customer you greet.
- Working as part of a team to deliver excellent standards of customer service, ensuring each and every customer receives the best service possible.
- Attention to detail to ensure you serve the customer with the correct order every time and pay particular attention to allergens.
- Undertaking continual training to develop your skills and knowledge
