We are looking for a Bar Manager to join our Food and Beverage team. As Bar Manager you will work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager ensuring seamless service to guests.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensuring all cellar and bar areas are clean and tidy, fit for purpose
• Offering a style of service conducive to guest confidence and comfort
• Assisting the Food and Beverage Manager, when required, in stock monitoring and stock take procedures and ensuring systems are followed and completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Checking the accuracy of deliveries and ensuring they are stored away safely and in an appropriate manner
• Ensuring all bills are charged and handled correctly and efficiently
• Understanding the importance of the correct music, lighting, temperature and cleanliness to ensure the right ambience is maintained at all times and reflects the time of day and demands of the business
