Job Description

• Verify and reconcile bank statements with general ledger
• Resolve any discrepancies in the financial records
• Assist in preparing financial reports
• Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Support in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department
• Participate in financial audits and implement audit recommendations

A Successful Bank Rec Assistant Should Have

• A strong educational background in finance, accounting, or related field
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Solid understanding of financial regulations and standards
