We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced patient advisor to join our Private Patients department as a Private Patient Advisor. Working within a CQC rated Outstanding hospital, you will work to ensure a seamless and professional patient journey is offered to all prospective private patient, from initial enquiries and referrals, to appointment confirmation.

The Private Patient Advisor is responsible for answering and accurately logging all prospective patient enquiries and referrals, ensuring a seamless and professional patient journey. A key focus of the role is converting warm leads into booked appointments, working diligently to meet the team’s conversion Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The role requires flexibility to provide sickness and annual leave cover at The McIndoe Centre in East Grinstead as needed. As part of a small team the Private Patient Advisor is expected to work collaboratively and efficiently, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining operational excellence.

About you:

  • Prior experience in an customer service role, with strong sales and conversion skills.
  • With prior sales experience, you will be skilled in converting initial enquiries into booked appointments, working to meet the team’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, to help build those all-important and respected relationships with wider teams, and patients.
  • Proactive and forward thinking, with a passion for continued learning.
  • Prior exposure to CRM systems.
  • IT savvy! We use a varied range of IT software.
  • Prior experience within in healthcare setting is desirable.

Based from The McIndoe Centre, East Grinstead, this is a zero-hours / bank contract offering complete flexibility to anyone looking to take on additional hours with a rate from £12.21 per hour.
