So what’s the job all about?

• Adherence to all recipe processes to achieve specification, consistent quality & product safety
• Support the bakery team to ensure and prioritise maximum output of products required
• Ensure correct stock rotation & recording of data
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety controls including the traceability of all products. Clean as you go & hygiene standards are maintained throughout the shift inc. end of shift cleaning schedules followed
