- To own various B2B platforms end-to-end, from design, to life cycle to vendor management.
- Implement an engineering approach to deliver end-to-end integrated project solutions across multiple technical products.
- Provide engineering direction and uniformity across projects including methodology, processes, standards, documentation etc.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Assist the Manager with the day to day running of the B2B Platforms Architecture Team.
- Provide good communication across projects, work streams and departments.
- Management of a well-co-ordinated test process for new developments.
- Provide projects Integration and Issues status reporting.
- Own projects integration issues through to resolution.
- Improve the quality of projects by consistently enforcing the B2B Platform Architecture & Engineering processes.
- Design, maintain and provide governance of a concise set of processes and tools in liaison with other internal and external supplier groups and customers.

The must haves
- Proven Leadership experience
- Cisco CCIE-SP / Nokia SRA or equivalent commercial experience
- Strong knowledge with Versa SDWAN hardware/software
- Demonstrable employment in an engineering/operational/integration or test management role with either a Service Provider, Telecoms Equipment Supplier/Vendor or in a Technology Consultancy.
- A strong technical knowledge of project and operational requirements within a ISP service provider environment.
- A demonstrable knowledge of IP Networking, physical networks and their topologies and strong understanding in overlay services.
- Strong knowledge with Cisco Meraki hardware/software.
- Strong knowledge in XGS PON and DOCSIS.
- Skilled at managing relationships with others through building rapport and influence.
- Ability to prepare and present formal presentations to Senior Management on technical solutions or issues.
- Good knowledge in Agile working.
