About the team:
At Goodnotes, we're on a mission to create the best medium for human and AI collaboration. You will join a talented, distributed Growth Marketing team across Europe and Asia, contributing to B2B user growth and retention for a massive global user base, including our key markets. You will work alongside marketing and B2B team, and even coordinating with engineers, product managers, designers as a part of the CRM team.
About the role:
We are looking for a B2B CRM Specialist to own and scale our HubSpot operations, supporting lead generation, retention, and growth across our B2B business. This role sits at the intersection of campaign execution and automation excellence, ensuring that the CRM engine runs smoothly and efficiently while enabling the team to deliver impactful campaigns.
You will be responsible for translating business objectives into CRM campaigns and workflows, maintaining operational quality, and collaborating closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners. This is a hands-on role where your ability to manage details, prioritise tasks, and execute with precision will directly impact how we grow and retain our B2B user base.

- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM operations to support B2B growth, retention, and lead generation.
- Build, segment, and filter contact lists to deliver highly targeted campaigns and execute email campaigns, coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Create and maintain automated workflows in HubSpot to improve operational efficiency with campaign scalability and customer journeys.
- Ensure the Hubspot automation and workflows with streamlining marketing, sales, and operations processes based on data integrity and CRM consistency.
- Set up and manage contact forms and lead-generation dashboards with understanding business objectives to secure strategic alignments in Hubspot.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign/automation performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on HubSpot CRM expertise.
- Proven track record in B2B CRM strategy, campaign & workflow execution, and automation based on strong understanding on dashboard and performance tracking.
- Seasoned experience across B2B user growth and retention mechanics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt content to meet evolving requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and operationally strong, with the ability to build, QA, and optimize campaigns independently.
