MSX International is looking for an experienced analyst with administration skills to contribute towards supporting a Premium car manufacturer in it daily operation requirement


The Role

o Involved in the release and follow-up of technical campaigns and recalls, including reporting and supporting regions.

o Supporting with the preparation of supplier reclaim cases for warranty expenditure related to supplier field part failures

o Ability to collaborate with and support other departmental & regional teams in improving business practices and processes.

o Ability to identify areas for improving completion rates for technical campaigns and recalls, against forecasts and authority expectations.

o Analysis of warranty data to determine overall costs and breakdown

o Preparing for and supporting supplier negotiate to reclaim warranty costs for field failures.

o Generate technical campaign monthly reports to support departmental targets and dealer bonus.


About you

Our ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with high level of experience in analytics with administration skills.


To be successful in this role you will have:

o Proven analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and produce reports - preferably within an OEM Automotive Aftersales environment.

o IT literate with strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular MS Excel, Access and Power BI.

o Effective time management and ability to work under pressure and to tight timelines.

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to details

o Enthusiastic, flexible and proactive personality.

o Ability to collaborate with and support other departmental teams to improve business practices and processes

o Ability to identify trends within data sets and forecast predications on reclaim potential and timelines

o Negotiate with suppliers on warranty reclaim cost levels

o Creation and maintenance of weekly and monthly campaign completion reports

o Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to and passion for the brand

• 40 Hours / week Monday > Friday

• Office base with the occasional travel

• Currently 2/3 days in the office 2 days remote
