Overview

Our client is seeking a Polish Technician to join their Vehicle Reconditioning team at a new, state-of-the-art refurbishment centre in Coalville, Leicestershire. Reporting to the Cosmetic Team Leads, the role will ensure vehicles are prepared to the highest reconditioning standards, enhancing the appearance of vehicle paintwork and meeting specific performance and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out paint rectification by blocking and polishing panels, de-nibbing defects, and performing final machine polish.
• Ensure all vehicles meet reconditioning standards and are delivered to the required quality.
• Use advanced techniques, tools, and equipment to enhance vehicle paintwork.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve high-quality outcomes and meet performance goals.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in paint rectification, smart repair techniques, and polishing.
• Experience in panel blocking and paintwork enhancement.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
