Are you an experienced Auto Electrician or Vehicle Installer looking for a new challenge? Our client, a leading vehicle security and conversion company based in Dartford, is on the lookout for talented individuals to join their evolving and expanding team. With over 40 years of trading experience and a reputation for excellence, our client specialises in a wide range of vehicle services, including security system installations, van conversions, and HGV work.

As an Auto Electrician / Vehicle Installer, you'll be responsible for:

• Installing a variety of vehicle security systems, including deadlocks, immobilisers, tow bars, cameras, speaking alarms, and more.
• Working on an exciting mix of vehicles ranging from hypercars to classic trucks and HGVs.
• Performing van conversions, mobile workshop setups, and fitting high-end systems like inverters, perimeter lighting, and camera systems.
• Depending on your specialty, you may be working on HGVs, vans, or car enhancement— our client likes to keep the work interesting and varied!
  
  

You’ll often be paired up with another technician, particularly for more complex or high-end projects. Our clients team works on everything from brand-new luxury vehicles to classic models—no two days are the same!

About You As a Auto Electrician / Vehicle Installer

• Auto Electrical experience is highly advantageous but our client also welcome applications from semi-skilled or experienced individuals who are eager to learn and develop in this exciting trade. Automotive mechanically knowledge a must such as vehicle technician, MOT testing, or relevant NVQs would be highly beneficial.
• You’ll need a UK driving license (max 3-6 points).
• Enthusiasm for the job and willingness to travel across the South (Kent, South London, Essex, Hampshire and West Sussex) is a must. Our client does offer overnight stays with all expenses covered for those willing to work further afield. This is optional but most of our clients employees like the trips away
