Audiologist, full time in Cardiff and surrounds, Basic £50,000, OTE well in excess of £80,000 plus.

Key Duties
- Clinical/commercial opportunity working both client facing but also undertaking additional responsibilities to ensure the successful running and development of the business such as employee supervision, monitoring business performance/KPIs, being proactive to promote hearing care in the local community and strategy implementation
- Currently the hear care service operates mid-week only 5 days per week between hours of 9am to 5:30pm with flexible lunch breaks but for the new Audiologist entering this role has the option to operate on weekends or evenings if preferred to suit the individual
- Ability to dispense and conduct full hearing tests, wax removal and aftercare appointments
- Covering a set territory in South Wales with the ability to shape your clinics, build lasting relationships with patients to continually add value and grow the business and in return benefit from substantial earning potential
- Market leading base salary of up to 50k + 5k fully expensed company car
- Genuine profit share with OTE well in excess of £80,000 (this can be evidenced as required)
- Flexible shift patterns and working days to suit individual

- Will suit a highly skilled and experienced Audiologist with the ability to hit the ground running with this incredible opportunity
- Applicants must be registered with the HCPC as a qualified Audiologist
- Have the desire to offer superb levels of customer service as well as a drive to grow and develop the South Wales territory by offering exceptional customer care and improving patient outcomes.
- Right to work in UK essential
- Should be prepared for a multi-stage assessment process due to the nature and scope of this prospect
- Prior domiciliary experience preferred with managerial aptitude required
