About The Role

Program Overview

The Associate Platform Consultant position begins with a rotational development program which is designed for ambitious, adaptable professionals who are passionate about customer experience, governance, and operational excellence. Participants will rotate through at least four key departments, gaining hands-on experience, building cross-functional knowledge, and developing the skills needed to thrive in a dynamic financial services environment.

Rotation Structure

  • At least four rotations across key departments
  • Each rotation lasting a minimum of 6 months
  • Opportunities to work on high-impact projects
  • Exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic initiatives

About You

  • Have 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in financial services or governance-related roles
  • Demonstrate a learning mindset, curiosity, and resilience
  • Are self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Possess strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Are comfortable navigating change and ambiguity
  • Are motivated to build a long-term career in financial services
