What You Will Be Doing
Sitting within our wider Brands & Properties team, the Associate Director will join an exciting
project to help plan and deliver 360 activation on behalf of a long standing client. It is a client-facing role, managing a variety of workstreams and across a truly global footprint. You will be leading a dedicated and motivated team, acting as an important liaison between the Client and Rights Holder across an extensive global sponsorship portfolio in the sports, entertainment & Culture space.

What You Will Be Doing

General Account Responsibilities
- Management of key relationship with clients and rights holder
- Lead the planning and delivery of sponsorship rights, activation campaigns, and success
- Implementation and partnership rollout in conjunction with rights holder and general
- Regular interactions with Senior client leads to ensure client goals are managed
Key Responsibilities
- Help clients understand and follow rights holders’ and project-specific guidelines
- Optimise workflows and communication
- Develop clear guidelines and toolkits to be followed by clients in different markets, to
- Advise clients and other agencies on the best utilisation of sponsorship rights. You will
- Help our clients get campaigns and creative assets approved by rights holders, in line with
- Ensure high standards are maintained at all times – planning, written and verbal
- Have strong attention to detail concerning rights and legal implications. You will work

- Develop training materials and train new team members
- Lead junior members of the team and assist with the development of others
- Be proactive in identifying areas of improvement
- Leadership of client relationships, day-to-day account management, and project

Skills And Experience Required
- Strong experience working in activating brand partnerships and the major events
- Experience working on large global brands is preferred, but not essential
- Flexibility and ability to optimise plans or adapt to client’s needs
- Have strong interpersonal, project management and leadership skills, excellent
- Able to work remotely with team members
- Ability to multi-task; you will be working across a number of activities with tight
- Presentation skills (both writing and delivery), internally and to clients / suppliers
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Ability to develop junior team members
- Creative thinking
- Able to work in a calm, kind and professional manner in a pressured environment
- Ability to prioritise a demanding workload
- Proactivity and ability to take action when new client’s needs are identified
