Assistant Store Manager

At Vision Express, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this exciting retail management role, you’ll support the Joint Venture Partners in leading a high-performing team and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced optical retail environment.

As a key member of the store leadership team, you’ll bring a positive attitude, a strong desire to develop yourself and others, and a genuine passion for optical retail customer service. You’ll help motivate and coach team members to achieve their potential, while ensuring customers receive expert advice and personalised care.

This role involves flexibility to work some evenings and at least one weekend day, as part of a fair and supportive rota that helps keep the store running smoothly and efficiently.
