You’ll be joining our Civils projects team - We deliver specialist civil engineering for the private and public sectors across the UK, building strong relationships based on a collaborative approach.

What will you be doing?
Collaborate with Project Managers and site teams to assess designs, construction methods, and project information, ensuring smooth operations.
Contribute to maintaining quality standards and Health & Safety documentation, keeping everything compliant and up to date.
Gather and submit key statistics, near-miss reports, and shift updates to both client systems and internal stakeholders.
Prepare and review technical reports, construction drawings, and traffic management plans, ensuring scheduled works are on track.
Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections, using tools like GPS to document repairs and create detailed as-built records for stakeholders.
Supervise subcontractors and provide hands-on support to ensure high-quality construction and safe project delivery.

What You’ll Bring
- Accredited Civil Engineering degree
- Skilled in MS Office, AutoCAD, Asta, Bluebeam
- Commercial awareness in project delivery
- Knowledge of safety and environmental standards
- Familiar with Highway Authority regulations
- Able to create as-built drawings and documents
- Valid CSCS card
- Valid driving licence
