Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Rustington.

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

• Booking in & carrying out valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
• Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential vendors and applicants.
• Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
• Order EPC’s / required compliance
• Emailing Property Alerts through ReapIT and HTML
• All pre & post follow up for appointments conducted, consisting of confirmation calls and feedback.
• Assisting the branch manager and providing support to the team in their absence.

We're looking individuals with qualities such as:

• Previous sales experience
• Looking for a challenging role that moves at a fast pace: no two days will ever be the same
• Has a natural selling ability
• Is articulate with strong negotiating skills
