We're looking for an Assistant Resourcing Coordinator to join our KierBAM Joint Venture (JV) partnership between Kier and Bam Nuttall based in Plymouth, Devon.
Location: Devonport Dockyard, Plymouth, Devon. Can offer some working from home.
Hours: Permanent, Full Time
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
Responsibilities
As an Assistant Resourcing Coordinator, you'll be working within the KierBAM Joint Venture team, supporting them in the recruitment and mobilisation of staff and operatives for the project.

Responsibilities
As an Assistant Resourcing Coordinator, you'll be working within the KierBAM Joint Venture team, supporting them in the recruitment and mobilisation of staff and operatives for the project.
Your Day To Day Will Include
- Maintain accurate confidential employee records and candidate files, using inhouse systems and excel - Recruitment Tracker – reporting accurate figures when requested.
- Maintain and update Staff Mobilisation – alignment with team KBJV Organisational Chart.
- Maintain and update Operative Tracker – accurate reporting for monthly reports.
- Recruitment duties - Review CV's + book interviews.
- Communicate mobilisation weekly update and two week look ahead to hiring managers, sections leads, L&D department and H+S team.
This role of Assistant Resourcing Coordinator is great for you if:
- Advanced IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Customer Service skills: Provide excellent support to internal and external customers, staff, and operatives.
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and communicate clearly across various stakeholders.
- Organisational Skills: Highly organised, with a keen attention to detail. Prioritisation and Task Management: Strong ability to prioritise tasks.
