Due to growth within our service area, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Electrical Team as an Assistant Electrical Manager (R&M).

In this role, you will be working with our R&M Electrical Manager assisting to manage and deliver our 5 yearly domestic EICR programme and associated remedial works, providing a high-quality service for our customers.

What We Are Looking For

We’re looking for someone who will:

• Assist in the co-ordination and delivery of the Groups 5 yearly DEICR programme, leading a blended team of inhouse operatives and contractors.
• Ensure KPI’s are met to deliver a cost effective and compliant service area.
• Promote and embed safe working practices and deliver works to a high standard.
• Have a keen eye for detail ensuring relevant certificates, databases and other relevant information is accurate and updated.
• Have great knowledge and experience of applying and working to relevant British Standards and ACOP’s.
• Act as a Qualified Supervisor under our NICEIC registration.
• Build relationships and be able to engage and work with key internal and external stakeholders.
